The law office does a great job of hiring intelligent and encouraging workers. However, the firm falls short in rewarding their employees with an equal salary to the work performed.
The law firm is composed of a group of staff and employees which are intelligent. The staff and employees have created and environment in which there is a sense of encouragement.
The law firm has a model that causes competition amongst employees. The amount of work performed by staff and employees is rewarded with low salary.
It would be nice to have annual reviews and raises based on those reviews instead of the current haphazard way of moving up.
The firm is very diverse and has a good mix of people working here. It's not a stuffy place to work and they start you out with pretty good benefits and salary. It's a midsize firm so there is a good balance between work life and home life because it's not a pressured environment.
The raises and reviews are few and far between even though they start you off at a good figure. It takes quite a long time to move up and make more money.
Thank you.
