See reviews for Weinberg, Wheeler, Hudgins, Gunn & Dial, LLC from attorneys and other legal professionals below.
If you want to be a trial lawyer, this is the perfect firm where everyone prides themselves on being a trial lawyer, first and foremost. The partners take the time to educate you on trial practice, nuances of the law, and how to litigate a case. There is a fun, community vibe to the firm with socials, but everyone knows that they are expected to work hard.
If you are not interested in trial work or you don't have a competitive spirit, this is probably not the firm for you.
None, just be prepared because the expectations for summers and associates are high.
Weinberg Wheeler has a small-firm feel in terms of everyone knowing each other, but the firm has the resources and capabilities of a large firm. The summer associate program was fantastic, both in terms of quality of mentorship/training and the high level of work/responsibility they expect of summer associates.
There needs to be some changes made in how the people working front desk and how attorney's that are less experienced are treated by the older more experienced attorneys. Sometimes you can really feel as though you are being looked downed upon and this needs to change for this firm to grow.
This firm is huge and offers great pay, plenty of vacation time, and great benefits. Some of the people working here also were willing to lend me a hand while everyone else was home.
There are a lot of egotistical attorney's that work here that feel as though they are better than the people working the front desk or are under them. This tends to cause some tension which is completely unnecessary.
Thank you.
