The firm allows new attorneys to forge their own path and pursue practice areas that interest them.
Partners do not share work with associates. There is little long term planning for the survival of the firm and there is no mentorship of younger attorneys. Partner greed is rampant, and it is not uncommon for associates to be blamed for malpractice issues. Firm leadership claims to be flexible and forward thinking, but are stuck in the past. Associate pay is below market, and there is no concrete framework for raises or bonuses. Management decisions are wrapped in secrecy.
All of them—instead of retiring, they will slowly lose clients because they keep falling behind the times and are unable to meet client needs.

As this organization is revenue oriented so you will get a mix of good projects as well as bad projects. Apart from this you must be well versed with latest technologies to survive at this place.
The amount of exposure I got at this place was great. Get to work with some of the smartest people and you learn a lot due to the diverse scale of assignments you get during your tenure. Opportunities for advancement are available at every turn. The harder you try the greater the reward.
