I think that firm management did a great job while I was at the firm. The one aspect of the firm that I think could definitely be improved is making sure that associates at the Charlotte office have a chance to advance within the firm.
Ballard Rosenberg is a good firm in the practice of labor law and I gained valuable experience working while working for the firm that enabled me to start my own practice. I'm thankful to my former coworkers, who I learned a lot from.
