You Should Not Dabble: To Succeed It’s All or Nothing

Everyone is collegial and helpful at the firm. Some of the comments posted in this site appear to be from disgruntled employees. I rebut many of these comments. Holiday attendance for 2019 was well-attended. I have never seen the managing attorney never got angry in public and people go to the kitchen all the time, not just Fridays. Many of the comments posted by previous employees are inaccurate as we have long term employees who have worked for more than 10 years. See profiles on LinkedIn, for example.
None.
Everyone wants to help each other. The firm's success is heavily dependent on how we work as a team.
They should run professionally, not condescending employees. Quality of work is overlooked but constant pressure to work hard. Too political with no assistance or guidance.
Very quiet and everybody trying to feel comfortable and HR bulling to make sure that he is over emphasizing who runs the firm
Poor management, disorganized and constantly reminded that nobody visit at all. Pay is very vague after work is done and constant questions about pay.
Managing partner displays temper in public; understaffed; too many employees leave within short period of employment. Holiday event attendance was surprisingly very poor in two consecutive winters.
Bagel day Fridays at least show they do something for employees and Friday morning are the only time employees can visit in the kitchen.
Management should be more open to taking on cases that they are not experienced with. On top of that, I would like to see more room for advancement and growth within this firm.
The starting pay was very competitive, everyone was very pleased to meet me and quite nice to me during my stay at this firm. The location of this firm wasconvenient for me as well.
I felt restricted since there is not much upward growth at this firm. I also felt like this firm tended to take on the same kinds of cases over and over which was quite off putting.
Thank you.
