Contract Attorney – Complex Litigation - Part-Time
The candidate will be working as an independent contractor. Reviewing drafting and negotiating construction and related agreements. Provide guidance on project-related legal matters. Supporting project teams with changes and claims. Assisting with dispute resolution, including mediation, DRB panels, litigation, arbitration, and appeals. Should have 3-7 years of experience in complex litigation and 1-5 years of experience as a construction attorney. Construction-industry experience is strongly preferred. Must be admitted to practice law in a . jurisdiction. Should be familiar with standard construction-industry agreements. Experience supporting project contract administration is needed. Must have a working knowledge of relevant construction-industry topics and terminology. Must have excellent professional and academic credentials.

Note: Commitment is approximately 20 hours per week of billable work, although this requirement can be adjusted based on the candidate’s needs. This is an immediate opening.
