Job Overview:

The Litigation Associate Attorney will handle various litigation matters, interact directly with clients, and represent clients in federal court. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, legal advocacy, writing skills, and excellent analytical abilities.

Duties:

• Handle a variety of litigation matters under the supervision of senior attorneys.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
• Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Manage case files and maintain accurate records.
• Assist senior attorneys with case strategy and preparation.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in litigation.
• Strong communication, legal advocacy, and writing skills.
• Federal Court experience preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• New York Bar license required.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
