A law firm in Mt. Laurel, NJ, is seeking a PIP/SIU Associate Attorney to join their busy national Insurance Fraud/Special Investigation practice. The candidate will be responsible for handling cases related to fraud and special investigations, including medical provider fraud, work comp fraud, first-party property, and others. Strong analytical, writing, research, and communication skills are essential for success in this role. The candidate should have 3-4 years of litigation experience.

Job Details:

• Join a busy national Insurance Fraud/Special Investigation practice.
• Handle cases related to fraud/special investigations, including medical provider fraud, work comp fraud, first-party property, and others.
• Conduct thorough analysis, research, and communication-related to assigned cases.
• Litigate no-fault cases filed in all fifty (50) States.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• 3-4 years of litigation experience.

Experience:

• Strong analytical, writing, research, and communication skills.
• Previous experience in Insurance Fraud/Special Investigation practice is beneficial.

Certifications:

Admission to the State Bar of New Jersey.
