PwC is looking for a Partner Tax Preparation Advisors Tax Manager to join their Internal Tax team. As a manager, you will be a part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. You will be expected to develop new skills outside of your comfort zone, coach others, analyse complex ideas, use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making, simplify complex messages, and uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

##Job Requirements and Preferences

To be considered for this position, candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, a CPA, Enrolled Agent or Member of the Bar certification, and at least four years of experience. A Master's Degree is preferred. Candidates should also demonstrate extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader, possess understanding of Partnership K-1 income, state tax credits, composite returns, Schedules A,B,C,D, E and year end planning, have experience leveraging a network of internal stakeholders and external resources, managing and performing individual tax compliance/reviews and planning for executives, utilizing firm-issued technologies, addressing sub-standard work, developing a point of view on key global trends, managing a variety of viewpoints to build consensus, building and maintaining robust client relationships, and utilizing project management and communication skills.

##Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $95,000 to $180,000. Benefits for this position include access to a global network of professional services firms, paid vacation and holidays, medical, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) retirement plan, and more.
