Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate debt finance transactions.
  • Familiarity with negotiating, structuring, and documenting debt finance transactions.
  • Experience representing private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, or lenders in leveraged buyouts and acquisition financing transactions is preferred.
  • Excellent writing and analytical skills.
  • Previous experience in an Am Law 100 law firm is preferred.
  • Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school (classes 2019, 2020, or 2021).
  • Admission to the Florida Bar.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Florida Bar.
