Job Description

- Work under direct supervision of Attorney Advisors
- Perform research and writing assignments for Immigration Judges
- Develop research and writing skills
- Gain understanding of immigration law as it relates to removal proceedings
- Observe immigration court hearings
- Become familiar with relevant laws and case law
- Listen to recorded hearings
- Write memoranda of law
- Draft written decisions
- Produce well-written and well-researched work within judges' deadlines
- In-person position
