  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in digital risk advisory and cybersecurity.
  • Experience advising on privacy and security obligations, data security incident notification obligations, and defending regulatory investigations.
  • Law firm or in-house privacy and cybersecurity breach response experience preferred.
  • Litigation experience with a demonstrated interest in privacy and cybersecurity breach response work.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Relevant certifications in privacy, cybersecurity, or related fields are a plus.

Skills:

  • Exceptional project management skills.
  • Awareness of data privacy and security laws.
  • Effective and persuasive writing and oral communication skills.
