Job Summary:

The . Private Bank is seeking a talented and motivated Private Banker to join our team as a Vice President. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional service and advice to clients, as well as generating new business and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Private Banking or Financial Services, with a focus on investments, wealth planning, credit, and banking.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain relationships with clients by providing targeted advice and exceptional client experience
- Generate new business and acquire new assets through both existing client base and new client acquisition
- Advise clients on their overall balance sheet and connect them with specialists from other areas of . Morgan Chase & Co.
- Ensure proposed solutions fulfill clients' short, medium, and long-term goals through a holistic planning approach
- Strictly adhere to all risk and control policies, regulatory guidelines, and security measures

Qualifications:

- Six plus years of work experience in Private Banking or Financial Services
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Series 7, 66, and Insurance licenses required; unlicensed candidates considered, but must obtain licenses within 90 days of start date
- Proven sales success and strong business acumen
- Strong community presence with an established network
- Experience or understanding of investments, wealth planning, credit, and banking

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA, JD, CFA, or CFP preferred
- Proactive and takes initiative to solve problems
- Dynamic and credible professional with exceptional presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills and a disciplined approach to business
- In-depth knowledge of equity and fixed income markets, as well as alternative investments such as Hedge Funds, Private Equity, and Real Estate
