Duties:

• Conduct legal research to stay abreast of changes in real estate law and regulations.

Requirements:

• 3-8 years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Attorney.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Skills:

• Substantial experience in drafting and negotiating commercial leases and real estate documents.
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate transactions and related legal issues.
• Excellent legal research and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.

Certifications:
