Office of General Counsel (OGC):

- Provides legal support for KPMG
- Responsible for defending the Firm in civil litigation, regulatory investigations, and other legal matters
- Oversees outside counsel and collaborates with other OGC members to deliver high-quality legal representation
- Reports to the Vice Chair for Legal, Regulatory & Compliance/General Counsel and the Deputy General Counsel for Litigation
- Develops strategies and tactics for successful and cost-effective resolution of legal matters
- Provides legal advice to the Firm and its leaders

Responsibilities:

- Provide legal counsel on civil litigation, third-party subpoenas, and regulatory investigations
- Represent KPMG in civil litigation proceedings and regulatory investigations

- Report to and consult with OGC leadership on legal matters

- Salary range for California: $331,000 - $737,000
- Salary determined based on relevant factors such as skills, job responsibilities, prior experience, degrees/certifications, and market considerations
