  • 1-10 years of experience as a Patent Agent, preferably in the life sciences sector.
  • A master’s degree in Organic Chemistry or a related field, with a preference for PhD candidates.
  • Alternatively, 2-3 years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution, specifically in small-molecule pharmaceuticals.
  • Admission to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

Education:

  • Master’s degree in Organic Chemistry or a related field (PhD preferred).

Certifications:

  • Admission to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
