Experience: 12+ years of private banking or complex financial services experience OR a minimum equivalent of a bachelor's degree

As a Private Client Advisor, you will lead the client management process to identify new business opportunities and source new clients in alignment with our risk appetite. You will also develop an in-depth understanding of clients' needs and provide integrated recommendations to meet their wealth management needs. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver a holistic approach and encourage the use of digital capabilities for a seamless client experience.

Required Skills:
• 12+ years of private banking or complex financial services experience OR minimal equivalent of a bachelor degree
• Proven track record in driving new business development for target client segment ($3MM++ investable assets)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and partners
• Ability to influence and close business deals
• Solutions-oriented with sales and financial aptitude
• Skilled negotiator and team player
• Leadership skills and ability to collaborate with team members
• Series 7, 63 and 65 (or Series 7 and 66) required (may gain licenses after start - unlicensed candidates may be considered if willing to obtain licenses within 90 days of start date)

Desired Skills:
• MBA or Post-Graduate Degree preferred
• Certifications such as CFP, CPA, CFA, CTFA, CFM or JD a plus
