Research various legal, medical and scientific issues and collaborate with senior attorneys about strategies. Prior insurance defense (specifically premises liability or third party defense) experience is a plus. Excellent research, writing and verbal communication skills are required. Must be innovative and able to function effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
