Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field - 8+ years of experience in federal tax compliance, planning, analysis, and research - Active accreditation such as CPA, attorney, enrolled agent, or other related certifications - Ability to travel up to 25% for work Preferred Qualifications: - Advanced degree such as Masters of Tax, JD, or LLM - Previous experience at a Big 4 or large CPA firm - Proven ability to manage a book of business and establish a solid reputation as a subject matter expert in federal tax - Management experience - Experience working in a virtual or global environment - Passion for leveraging technology and exploring new solutions - Knowledge of accounting for income taxes in accordance with ASC740 - Excellent research, writing, and communication skills Salary Information: The disclosed range estimate for this role is $119,490 to $238,680, taking into account factors such as skills, experience, and certifications.
