Duties

• Handle complex legal matters related to commercial real estate, including transactions, contracts, leasing, and dispute resolution.
• Provide legal counsel to clients, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide timely and accurate legal advice.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to achieve successful outcomes for clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of $300,000 in portable business.
• Admission to the Florida Bar is mandatory.
