A law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Employment Associate Attorney for their Boston, MA office.

Job Overview: The Mid-Level Employment Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing comprehensive employment-related support for corporate transactions, drafting various employment agreements, conducting workplace investigations, and offering counsel on a broad spectrum of employment matters. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional academic credentials, substantial law firm experience, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Duties:

• Provide employment-related support for corporate transactions.
• Draft employment agreements, separation agreements, and restrictive covenant agreements
• Conduct workplace investigations
• Counsel clients on a wide range of employment-related issues, including disputes and negotiations
• Handle mediations, restrictive covenant litigation, and other employment litigation as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment law
• Outstanding academic credentials
• Comparable law firm experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Relevant Bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly)

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Bar admission in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
