The International Tax Services Generalist - CS - Sr. Associate role is a senior level position within PwC's International Tax Services team. This role is responsible for advising clients on tax laws and reporting, legislation and planning strategies based on the geography and jurisdiction. The role also involves assisting the team with local tax laws, reporting requirements, statutory filings, corporate strategy, transfer pricing, and other international taxation needs.

The ideal candidate for this role should have experience in international taxation and a strong understanding of corporate tax laws. They should also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The role requires up to 20% travel and the ability to work full-time.

Salary Information:
- The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Experience Information:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in international taxation, preferably in a public accounting firm, law firm, or corporate tax department of a multinational company.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field of study.
- CPA or commitment to pass CPA exam before being promoted to Manager and thereafter obtain CPA licensure, or Member of the Bar.
- Juris Doctorate (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation field of study may also be considered.

Responsibilities Include:
- Advising clients on tax laws, reporting, legislation, and planning strategies based on geography and jurisdiction.
- Assisting with local tax laws, reporting requirements, statutory filings, corporate strategy, transfer pricing, and other international taxation needs.
- Conducting research on business and industry trends to develop a point of view to leverage in assisting with proposals.
- Utilizing tools and techniques to extract insights from current industry or sector trends.
- Reviewing work and that of others for quality, accuracy, and relevance.
- Upholding the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
- Seeking and embracing opportunities to gain exposure to different situations, environments, and perspectives.
- Communicating value propositions and managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing, and collections.
- Providing timely and meaningful written and verbal feedback to team members.
- Supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field of study.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in international taxation, preferably in a public accounting firm, law firm, or corporate tax department of a multinational company.
- CPA or commitment to pass CPA exam before being promoted to Manager and thereafter obtain CPA licensure, or Member of the Bar.

- Experience as a team leader, supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation.
