The firm is looking for individuals with 1-6 years of experience in conveyancing who can bring an existing book of business to the practice. Duties:

  • Manage the conveyancing process for residential and/or commercial real estate transactions, including sales, purchases, and refinances.

Requirements:

  • 1-6 years of experience in residential and/or commercial conveyancing.
  • An existing book of business in conveyancing is required.
  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations, specifically in Massachusetts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple conveyancing transactions.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the Massachusetts State Bar Association or equivalent bar association.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in conducting title searches and reviewing title reports.
  • Expertise in drafting legal documents related to real estate transactions.
