- Provide legal counsel and guidance on receivership matters, including contracts, lease agreements, property management, and environmental issues.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to receivership appointments.
- Manage relationships with court-appointed receivers, property managers, lenders, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct due diligence on receivership properties and identify potential legal risks.
- Stay current on relevant laws and regulations and advise the business on best practices.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings related to receiverships.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate law and/or commercial litigation.
- Strong understanding of commercial leasing, property management, and environmental law preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
