Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a Patent Agent with 2-6 years of legal experience, specializing in intellectual property (IP) law, particularly in drafting and patent prosecution.   • Providing technical expertise in patent litigation matters.
  • Conducting IP due diligence for corporate transactions.
  • Keeping abreast of relevant developments in patent law and technology.

Requirements:

  • 2-6 years of legal experience.
  • Specialization in intellectual property law with a focus on drafting and patent prosecution.
  • Background in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • Design engineering experience, preferably with a chip company.
