Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Labor and Employment Associate Attorney for their Orlando, FL office. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience, with a strong background in Labor and Employment (L&E) law and litigation. The role may also involve handling some general business litigation matters. The candidate should have excellent drafting and communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, the ability to work effectively within deadlines, and strong client interaction skills.

Duties:

• Handle various Labor and Employment cases, including but not limited to employment discrimination, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes.
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and drafting of legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Participate in all aspects of the litigation process, including discovery, depositions, and court appearances.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on labor and employment law matters.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex cases.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an attorney, focusing on Labor and Employment law.
• Prior experience in large law firms is preferred.
• Familiarity with general business litigation matters.
• Membership to the Florida Bar is required.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Florida Bar.
