Cytiva, a part of the Biotechnology segment at Danaher, is seeking a Senior Counsel to support their Bioprocess business in the Americas region. This role will report directly to the Associate General Counsel and will be a strategic partner for the Cell Culture Media Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Bioprocess teams in the Americas with commercial sales, direct sourcing, and R&D contracts
- Partner with the Cell Culture Media business unit to shape and execute business strategy
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and mitigate legal risk
- Act as the primary point of contact for legal issues at Americas-based manufacturing sites
- Advise on compliance, privacy, antitrust, quality/regulatory, and advertising/promotional matters
- Collaborate with other teams within Cytiva and Danaher as needed

Qualifications:

- JD with active bar membership
- 7+ years of business law experience in a large law firm or corporate legal department
- Experience in a regulated environment and with complex business transactions
- Strong project management and prioritization skills
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to make risk-based decisions
- Team player with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization

The salary range for this role is $150,000-$180,000 and may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. Cytiva offers a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
