They are currently seeking a Senior Tax Manager/Director to join their Greater Philadelphia and NJ team. This full-time position offers a flexible PTO policy, paid parental leave, mental health coverage, and a wellness stipend. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in a tax role with a public accounting firm, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, and an active JD, CPA, or EA certification. The Senior Tax Manager/Director will be responsible for consulting with clients on business processes and tax planning, leading and supervising tax engagements, and developing and training team members. They will also have the opportunity to attend industry events and trainings to become an industry professional. This role requires reviewing complex corporate tax returns and performing tax procedures in accordance with the size and complexity of the engagement.
