Job Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

- Six plus years of work experience in Private Banking or Financial Services
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Series 7, 66 and Insurance licenses required; unlicensed candidates must obtain licenses within 90 days of start date
- Proven sales success and strong business acumen
- Strong community presence with an established network
- Experience or understanding of investments, wealth planning, credit and banking
- Focuses on the client experience and works tirelessly on their behalf

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

- MBA, JD, CFA, or CFP preferred
- Proactive, takes initiative, and uses critical thinking to solve problems
- Dynamic and credible professional with exceptional presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills and disciplined approach to business
- In-depth knowledge of equity and fixed income markets and alternative investments
- Strong understanding of risk management
