A law firm is seeking a General Liability Attorney in Henderson. The General Liability Attorney will be responsible for handling a variety of legal matters related to general liability cases. They will manage case files, draft legal documents, conduct legal research, and represent clients in court proceedings.

 

Duties:

  • Experience with medical records analysis
  • Draft initial reports, interim reports, pre-trial reports, trials, and appellate activity
  • Draft discovery and respond to discovery
  • Draft and respond to discovery-related motions
  • Regularly attend court appearances
  • Take and defend depositions of fact witnesses and expert witnesses
  • Draft motions for summary judgment

 

Requirements:

  • Admitted to practice in the State of Nevada
  • 2-7 years of experience
  • Possess analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex legal issues effectively
  • Excellent research abilities
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school

 

Certifications:

Admission to the State Bar of Nevada
