Skydance is looking for an experienced Senior Counsel to join our Legal team and support all divisions of our company. With a focus on technology and privacy, this role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge legal transactions and collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance and protection of our intellectual property.

What You'll Do:

- Negotiate, draft, and manage technology and vendor agreements for all divisions of Skydance
- Review and negotiate data protection agreements and assist with privacy impact assessments and data mapping
- Serve as the point person for take-down notices and enforcement activities against third-parties violating our intellectual property
- Work with information security to ensure compliance and maintain a cohesive third-party vendor management database
- Draft and maintain terms of use, privacy policies, and other user-facing documents for our websites and gaming properties

What You'll Need:

- Juris Doctor Degree and member in good standing of the California bar
- 6+ years of experience, preferably with 4+ years at a top tier law firm
- In-house experience with technology transactions is a plus
- Strong project management, time management, and planning skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Positive attitude and passion for technology
