A law firm is seeking a dedicated Corporate Associate Attorney to join their team in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in corporate and/or alternative entity practice, with a focus on transactional work. Strong academic credentials and DE Bar Admission are preferred.

 

Duties:

  • Assist in drafting and negotiating transactional documents, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate governance matters.
  • Conduct legal research and provide analysis on complex corporate issues.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop legal strategies and solutions.
  • Review and interpret legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
  • Participate in due diligence processes for corporate transactions.
  • Handle various corporate matters such as entity formation, restructuring, and compliance.

 

Requirements:

  • DE Bar Admission preferred.
  • Strong academic record required.
  • 2-5 years of experience at a law firm in corporate and/or alternative entity practice.
  • Experience with transactional work is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Admission to the Delaware State Bar is preferred.
