Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) and LLM in Taxation from accredited law schools.
  • 8-10 years of demonstrated experience in tax litigation, with a focus on civil and criminal tax controversies.
  • Proven track record of success in representing clients in tax court proceedings.
  • Strong academic record with exceptional analytical and research skills.
  • Active license to practice law in the state of Florida.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively advocate for clients' interests.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with whistleblower claims and voluntary offshore disclosures.
  • Familiarity with tax laws and regulations at the federal, state, and local levels.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
