Compensation Overview:
- Annual base salary range provided is a nationwide market range
- Actual salary determined by factors such as scope, complexity, and location of role
- Performance-based cash incentive awards available

Responsibilities:
- Develop and apply effective trial skills and techniques to litigate cases to verdict
- Conduct legal research and demonstrate strong persuasive writing and presentation skills
- Supervise research projects
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other documents
- Attend court events and other appointments independently
- Learn and understand Claim and client expectations
- Provide recommendations and case analysis to Claim and insured clients
- Build and maintain strong internal and external client and business partner relationships
- Utilize support staff and adhere to best practices
- Utilize available technology and automation
- Travel as required
- Provide advice and training to Claim partners and clients
- Perform other duties as assigned

Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years of prior litigation practice or legal experience
- Exposure to insurance litigation desirable
- Track record of trial skills and techniques
- Ability to clearly articulate position
- Ability to analyze legal issues with minimal supervision
- Appreciation for high-quality legal work
- Collaborative and demonstrates legal acumen

- Strong research and negotiation skills
- Decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Sense of urgency and responsiveness

Must Have:
- from an accredited law school
- Minimum of one year of litigation practice or legal experience
- Active license in good standing to practice law in required state(s)
- Valid driver's license (depending on location)
