Duties:

  • Handle a broad spectrum of cases, including contract disputes, personal injury claims, construction defects, and more.
  • Conduct legal research to support case strategies.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Manage discovery processes, including requests, responses, and document review.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • An active member of the Nevada State Bar, in good standing.
  • Demonstrated experience in civil litigation, preferably within a law firm setting.
  • Experience in the courtroom and taking depositions; trial experience is a plus.
  • Strong legal research and writing skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and advocacy skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently while working collaboratively with team members.
  • A client-focused mindset and a passion for achieving successful outcomes.

Education & Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • An active member of the Nevada State Bar, in good standing.
