Duties:

• Handle insurance coverage litigation cases from initiation to resolution.
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to coverage disputes.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams.
• Provide counsel on insurance-related matters.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex litigation cases.
• Participate in negotiations and settlement discussions.
• Stay updated on relevant legal developments in insurance law.

Requirements:

• 2-6 years of experience in litigation and counseling.
• Professional liability coverage experience is a plus.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• California Bar admission.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
