Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the State Bar Association of Massachusetts.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Corporate/Transactional practice.
  • Proven experience working with closely held and family businesses.
  • Familiarity with commercial real estate acquisitions, leasing, and financing.

Certifications

  • Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar.
