Duties:

    • Prepare and present cases for trial when necessary.
  • Client Interaction:

    • Communicate legal advice, case updates, and settlement options effectively.
  • Legal Research:

    • Conduct legal research on personal injury laws, regulations, and precedents.
    • Stay updated on developments in personal injury litigation.

    • Represent clients in court proceedings with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in plaintiff's personal injury practice.
  • Trial Experience:

    • Should preferably have trial experience in personal injury cases.
  • Bar Admission:

    • Must be admitted to practice law in Texas.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.
