Duties

• Lead and oversee healthcare legal matters, providing strategic guidance on regulatory compliance, transactions, and litigation.

• Stay abreast of healthcare industry trends, legislative changes, and emerging legal issues.
• Mentor and collaborate with junior attorneys within the healthcare practice.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and trust.
• Represent clients in healthcare-related disputes, negotiations, and administrative proceedings.

Requirements

• Minimum of $300,000 in portable business.
• Admission to the Florida Bar is mandatory.
• Extensive experience as a Healthcare Attorney, preferably at a partner level.
