Strategic Tax Planning Attorney The candidate will be able to exhibit a demonstrated ability to evaluate and analyze existing structures as well as identify tax-efficient planning opportunities for growth-stage businesses or transaction planning. Working knowledge of income tax, partnership tax, corporate tax, and estate/gift tax planning strategies is essential but may be offset by the ability to develop proficiency rapidly. General familiarity with other tax planning considerations relative to state income and incidence of sales/use tax is a plus. Some portable book of business is always a plus.
