The successful candidate will play a crucial role in drafting patent applications for innovative clients, corresponding with patent offices, advising patent litigation teams, and contributing to the development of cutting-edge legal strategies.

Job Details:

• Draft patent applications for innovative clients, providing detailed descriptions and figures.
• Correspond with patent offices to facilitate the processing of pending patent applications.
• Advise patent litigation teams based on technical and scientific expertise in the area of Machine Learning.
• Conduct interviews with inventors to gather information about new ideas and innovations.

Requirements:

• Hold an advanced degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering (preferred).
• Possess an extensive background in Machine Learning, including experience with neural networks (NN) and deep learning algorithms, as well as their implementation in hardware.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of patent prosecution experience.
• Demonstrate superior writing skills and possess excellent academic credentials.
• Preferably, be registered before the . Patent & Trademark Office.

Education:

• Advanced degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering (preferred).

Certifications:

• Registration before the . Patent & Trademark Office (preferred).

Skills:

• Strong background in Machine Learning, with expertise in neural networks and deep learning algorithms.
• Proficient in drafting detailed patent applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to provide technical advice to patent litigation teams.
• Familiarity with patent prosecution processes.
