Responsibilities:

- Handle a diverse range of legal matters for clients in the Inland Northwest region and beyond
- Work closely with clients and provide top-notch representation
- Participate in solving problems, resolving disputes, and acquiring courtroom experience
- Receive mentorship and training from experienced attorneys
- Contribute to the growth and success of the firm

Requirements:

- . from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials
- Three to six years of experience
- Experience in construction, real estate, or commercial litigation preferred
- Licensed to practice in the State of Washington
- Idaho State Bar admission a plus
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong analytical, research, writing, and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to client service and relationship building
- Aptitude and desire for trial work
- Attention to detail
- Case leadership capabilities
- Understanding of business enterprises and knowledge of doing business in Washington
- Demonstrated success working on a team

Compensation and Benefits:

- Competitive salary of $70,000 - $105,000
