Position Summary:
- Seeking a Federal Senior Tax Manager to join the Business Tax Services practice at Deloitte

Qualifications:
Required:
- Ability to work in a hybrid model, co-locating in person 2-3 days per week
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in federal tax compliance, planning, analysis, and research
- Active accreditation such as CPA, attorney, Enrolled Agent, or certifications such as CFA or CFP
- Ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred:
- Advanced degree such as Masters of Tax, JD, or LLM
- Previous experience at a Big 4 or large CPA firm
- Proven ability to grow and manage a book of business
- Solid management experience
- Experience in virtual and/or global environments
- Passion for leveraging technology and exploring new solutions
- Knowledge of accounting for income taxes and ASC740
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills

Salary Range:
- Wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions
- Estimate for this role is $119,490 to $238,680
- May be eligible for discretionary annual incentive program
