Orange Park office of our client seeks a premises liability personal injury attorney with 2+ years of personal injury/premises liability experience. The candidate will handle a heavy and complex caseload from pre-litigation, litigation, trial prep, and trial. Cases may include representing plaintiffs in slip and fall; security negligence; wrongful death; dog bite/animal attack; and other cases in and around North Florida, Jacksonville, and surrounding areas. Day-to-day handling of both pre-litigation and litigation cases. Drafting and filing litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions, and memoranda of law. Guide plaintiff clients through the case process. Interaction with expert witnesses including conferences and drafting of expert reports and affidavits. Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances. Must have an active member in good standing with the State Bar Association (FL Bar required).
