seeking a Real Estate/Financing Associate attorney to join our Firm.
Ideal candidates will have experience in real estate and/or corporate financing with
established lending institutions. We are particularly interested in hearing from
ambitious, entrepreneurial attorneys who have the ability to do challenging real estate
and financing work, the personality to be effective dealing with clients and team
members, and the potential to achieve excellence in the area of real estate and
corporate financing.

profession and to our island community. We are a diverse firm providing a full range of
legal services in all of the traditional areas of business law plus a number of specialized

Requirements/Qualifications
JD from an ABA accredited law school
Admission to the Hawaii State Bar
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
2-5 years of experience in real estate or corporate financing
