The firm is interested in candidates with 1-6 years of experience in conveyancing who can bring an existing book of business to the role. Duties:

  • Conduct comprehensive title searches and examinations for residential and commercial properties.
  • Prepare and review legal documents, including purchase agreements, deeds, and mortgage documents.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

  • Proven track record of handling real estate transactions and building a book of business.
  • Strong knowledge of Massachusetts real estate laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the Massachusetts State Bar Association or equivalent bar association.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in conducting title searches and examinations.
  • Expertise in drafting and reviewing real estate documents.
  • Familiarity with relevant conveyancing software and databases.
