About the Role:
- Individual contributor role in the remote global Legal Team
- Support global alliances, business development, and alliance operations teams
- Draft and negotiate various partner agreements (. reseller, distribution, OEM, managed service providers, white label)
- Advise business teams on legal and non-legal issues and provide solutions
- Work remotely and report to Assistant GC of Commercial Legal
- Serve internal clients with aggressive deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Requires creative thinking, collaboration, hard work, and flexibility

What You'll Do:
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts (customer software and SaaS licenses, partner agreements, vendor agreements)
- Support and advise internal business teams on new platforms and technologies for strategic alliances
- Prepare and document programs and processes, including third party product listings and policies
- Update Legal and Business management on deal and project status
- Analyze and provide legal and practical advice on commercial, licensing, and regulatory requirements
- Manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Get to "yes" on partner and customer deals

What You'll Need:
- 10+ years of legal contracting experience in-house at technology companies
- 5+ years supporting Sales and Partner/Business Development organizations
- 2-3 years of law firm experience
- . and licensed attorney in US
- Extensive experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
- Experience with global partner software/SaaS licensing and online stores/marketplace
- Knowledge of global partner laws and experience supporting a global partner sales organization
- Ability to navigate and work through ambiguous environments
- Ability to provide 2-3 professional references
