Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in general corporate transactional matters.
• Handle mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, entity formation, governance, joint ventures, and vendor/supply agreements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and agreements.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support transactions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Manage and coordinate multiple projects and transactions simultaneously.
• Communicate with clients and provide legal advice.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff within the department.
• Pay strong attention to detail when reviewing documents.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• 5-10 years of experience in general corporate transactional matters.
• Additional experience with private placement and financing transactions is preferred.
• Strong drafting, research, and organizational skills.
• Exceptional project management skills.
