The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload involving slip and falls, mass torts, catastrophic injuries, car accidents, motorcycle accidents, negligence, and more. Duties

  • Lead and supervise a team of 3 litigation paralegals and 1 pre-litigation legal assistant.
  • Manage a caseload of 150 personal injury cases, including slip and falls, mass torts, catastrophic injuries, car accidents, motorcycle accidents, negligence, etc.
  • Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
  • Collaborate with clients, medical professionals, and experts to build strong cases.
  • Provide mentorship and training to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the New Jersey State Bar and in good standing.
  • Some experience in personal injury law is required.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Certifications

  • New Jersey State Bar Admission.
