Job Overview:

The Environmental Associate Attorney will provide legal support in regulatory compliance, transactional matters, and litigation related to environmental law. Duties:

• Conduct legal research on environmental regulations and case law.
• Draft legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, and contracts.
• Provide advice and counsel to clients on environmental compliance issues.
• Represent clients in administrative hearings, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex environmental litigation cases.
• Participate in negotiations and settlements with regulatory agencies and opposing counsel.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in environmental law.
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of federal and state environmental regulations.
